Saad is most passionate about creating value in areas where the most amount of people can be helped. Throughout his career, integration between People, Business, and the Community is the one passion that remained a constant.
While continuing his studies in North South University, Saad started working in GrameenPhone (A Telenor company in Bangladesh) from 2008, and he continued his career in HR since then. Later he moved into GrameenPhone IT (GPIT), and worked in multiple diverse roles including Talent acquisition, Employer Branding, Capability Development, and HR Operations.
During 2012-2013, Accenture (Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For) decided to acquire GPIT in a deal with Telenor, and Saad was one of the key Transition Project Coordinators from the HR front. Before leaving Accenture Communications Infrastructure Solutions, his last role there was the Head of HR Service Delivery (HR Ops and HR Tech)/Human Resources. By this time, Saad was a Process Master and gained hands-on working experience in all the HR functions with notable achievements and recognitions.
The second stage of his journey took him to multiple local conglomerates where he utilized his deep knowledge of the Global best practices of HR, and helped the organizations to shape-up their People and Business environment.
Saad is passionate about Pro Bono consultancy especially for people with potential who are struggling to find their way.
In his spare time, Saad loves reading books and articles. He has a keen interest in the developments of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics and how it is impacting human capital throughout the globe.
