Ms Kazi Farzana Sharmin has inclusive experiences of working in varied sectors for more than 10 years, in which development sector is the predominant one. She has expertise particularly in Project Coordination, Livelihood program-project design and Fund management. She has worked with several international NGOs; Concern worldwide, JICA and currently working with Bangladesh’s one of the leading institute’s Skills development project, funded by ADB and Govt. of Bangladesh.

She has completed her graduation in Social Sciences and later did MBA from East west University, Bangladesh. In 2018 she studied ‘Designing Strategies and Project for Humanitarian Action’ under University of Geneva in affiliation with Medicines de Frontiers. Besides, she is a certified apprentice on “Building a Better Response” of Humanitarian Academy at Harvard and on Project/Programme Planning (PPP) by IFRC-International Federation of Red cross and Red Crescent Societies.
