Johan Ahmed is a HR Professional having 13+ years of experience in different Industries of Bangladesh. He is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) from Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM). He is also certified in Job Evaluation from Hay Group, Singapore and in Psychometric Testing by EMPI’s Uday Pareek HR-Labs, India. 

He started his career with KDS Accessories Ltd., and then followed by ACI Logistics Ltd., Tech Valley Networks Ltd. , Grameenphone IT Ltd., Accenture Bangladesh, SQ Group and Aarong. While working with these organizations, he had opportunity to work with various projects, and gained expertise on Designing HR Policies, Preparing Job Descriptions, Introducing KPI based performance management, Implementing HRIS, Introducing Codes of Conduct, Employer Branding, Implementing Assessment Center, Organizational Restructuring, Background Screening of Employees, Acquisition and Merger project, Bringing Organizational Efficiency, Introducing Job Rotation etc. 

He is a Computer Science graduate from North South University, Dhaka and holds MBA Degree from the same university.
