Humaun has versatile industry experience with exposure to diversified arenas of Human Resources. Excellent proficiency in HR at all levels within the organization to support the business strategy, resolve communications issues and motivate individuals to optimal performance. Able to provide business partnership and HR guidance to both management teams and employees.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved with a number of HR roles ranging from Talent Management, OD, Talent Sourcing, L&D and ROI, IR, OHS, Compliance and factory administration. He is a freelance trainer facilitating training and consultancies for a number of organizations and universities. He is still involved in this process, and a keen researcher in relevant fields linking HR to practical demands in the industry. 

At present he is working as Senior HR Manager of a leading business conglomerate in Bangladesh and also worked with different renowned organizations as an HR Generalist for more than 10 years. Beside this he is an Associate Member of BSHRM, Professional Member of SHRM (USA).

He has obtained Masters in Industrial Relations & Labor Studies from Dhaka University, MBA in HRM from East West University. He has completed PGDHRM from IQN-UK with Merit Award, PGD in Social Compliance from BIM, BBA in Finance & HRM and LL.B. 

He has attended many training & conferences mostly in HR and related issues. He founded HR Speaks® Bangladesh in 2013 with a mission to discover youth talent and develop human resources in the country. He is a very enthusiastic and highly motivated individual. Possesses a keenness to learn, adapt, and mature with an aptitude to interact and communicate with people. He wants to explore himself in the human resource field through his dedication, sincerity and highest level of professionalism.
