Golam Mostafa has a Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) Majoring Management degree from the University of Dhaka. He has Prepared and Developed Policies, Operational Strategy, Customer Handling Procedure, and Training on Fire Safety & Occupational Safety. Mostafa also provided all kind of security briefing during the VVIP visits that includes delegates from US Embassy, British High Commission, Australian High Commission, JICA and World Bank. He has also prepared and developed the Recruitment Policy, introduced Evaluation Process, Developed Internal Communication System.

As the FSO, Field Security Officer of US Embassy, Dhaka deployed under RORA Enterprise Limited; Mostafa performed duties for over 10 years. He was also served as the Regional In-Charge of G4S in Chittagong and Sylhet. He was responsible for Guarding Operation Services, Cash In Transaction, Operational Activities and so on.

In his professional career Mostafa Developed;”Compensation, Benefit and Motivational allowance Package” for Field Forces, Prepared and Developed the “Site Survey Checklist”, Developed the “Reward Policy”, Prepared a “CV Data Storage Bank”, Prepared and Developed the “Task To Do (TTD)”, which greatly supported businesses to ensure performance and business efficiency.

Mostafa has completed training on First Aid Training, Use of Tracking Device on Vehicle, Management Techniques, Maintaining Security Operations, Customer Services, Training of Trainers and many others.
